ABOUT

I offer Sports Massage & Injury Rehabilitation in my private Steventon Clinic near Abingdon and Didcot. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy with the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage, the highest accreditation in this field. I also hold a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science & Psychology and have nearly 20 years coaching adult amateur athletes in Triathlon, Swimming & Open Water Swimming. I combine my personal experience competing in multiple sporting disciplines and my knowledge to offer a holistic approach to your niggles, pain and injury recovery. I offer postural and training advice as well as hands on treatment to help manage and recover from your symptoms in the long term. I am also qualified to deliver safe Pregnancy Massage and as a mother of three understand the aches and pains of pregnancy and post-partum recovery!

PAIN RELIEF & INJURY REHABILITATION

Assess the cause of your musculoskeletal injury and receive targeted treatment for short and long term relief of your symptoms. Simple strength and conditioning stretches and exercises are given you can do at home to further rehabilitate, similarly to what you might expect from a physiotherapist.

I had a 60 minute free consultation with Annie. She was very thorough, discussed the history of my foot injury and determined I could have mild plantar fasciitis. I’ve been unlucky to inherit wide feet and bunions! After pointing out the area of my feet weakness, I had a relaxing foot and calf massage. I’m pretty sure the treatment benefited my run the next morning. I look forward to seeing Annie again for my next session.
